But together, you can truly make a difference. In politics, for example.

This month, ActiZ celebrates its 20th anniversary. As the industry association for around 350 healthcare organisations, they represent nearly 500,000 professionals who together care for more than 2 million vulnerable elderly people and chronically ill patients.

Over the past two decades, ActiZ has helped negotiate the Long-Term Care Act, stood at the forefront during the COVID crisis, and continues to actively lobby for a sector that needs a strong voice.

For their anniversary, we had the privilege of creating a documentary and teaser. Not a polished retrospective, but an honest conversation with four former chairs, speaking openly about what really happened during their time.

What stayed with me most? How open they were. No political answers. Just people reflecting on a period that shaped them.
